Mini-moon (noun): shorter than a regular honeymoon (due to lack of time to go on a longer vacation); preemptive to the actual honeymoon
The newly announced Mr. and Mrs. Cambruzzi headed up to the Zermatt Resort in Midway, UT for our Mini-Moon. It is a little hideaway town just south of Park City. The hotel has some amazing European restaurants (which we tried out for Sunday brunch) and GELATO!!!! There is also an amazing spa.
The hotel is modeled after a Swiss Chalet. Jeff kept saying that it was like he was in Europe or somewhere NOT Utah. The coolest thing about the hotel is that a local has been building an ice castle here for most of the winter season. Here are some of the coolest pictures

ReplyDeletemmm i love zermatt but i've only been there in the summer. those ice sculptures are cool! glad you had a romantic mini-moon :) and please tell me you're wearing your dress to your reception here in ca? and also you'll have to update your registry so we can get you stuff you don't already have 4 of.
